Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Etablissement Rossard. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
